The information from a Bio-Signature appointment allows the trainer to modify program design and nutrition coaching to help the client achieve their goals. Similar to training, to get lasting value from Bio-Signature Modulation, commitment is required so that a client can be taken through a series of appointments (which can be in conjunction with ongoing personal training) to ensure consistency and accountability.

There may be times where a client is doing everything right but not achieving the results they desire and it could be an underlying issue with hormones.
