This program is great for beginner to intermediate trainees who have access to a full functioning health club, NOT a cross-fit gym. You will need to workout 3x per week minimum, not be afraid of hitting the weight room and won’t mind the occasional grunt when things get tough.

It’s open to both men and women.

This program is NOT for anyone who can’t train the minimum 3x per week, who are afraid of lifting weights because they have the wrong mindset and think weights will make them bulky.

If you prefer group-ex classes and socializing more than the thought of the weight room, then it’s best you stay in class.

It’s especially NOT for anyone with commitment issues and can’t commit to 90-days.

How does this Online Weight-loss Challenge Work?

Alright, if you’ve been doing the same workouts time and time again with a lack of results or just want a good reason to get your butt in gear and start shedding some pounds then THIS IS IT!

For the next 90-days you’ll be coached from the start of the challenge right till the end and have more support than you’ve ever had trying to lose weight on your own.

  • All workouts will be delivered ONLINE via a training app and be done in the gym (for the exception of cardio, can be done anywhere you’d like)
  • Pre and post workout stretching guidelines.
  • Instruction on how to take before and after photos and girth measurements to track your progress.
  • Office hour’s support on Thursdays and Sundays for motivation, nutrition coaching and Q & A.
  • AT THE END YOU’LL HAVE INCREASED CONFIDENCE!! YOU WILL LOOK GREAT AND FEEL AMAZING! YOU WILL HAVE LEARNED HOW TO EAT HEALTHY AND LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT FEELING DEPRIVED OR HUNGRY ALL THE TIME!

    To be successful at this challenge you’ll want to follow 5 simple rules.

    5 SIMPLE RULES:

    1. Must track nutrition everyday in My Fitness Pal for accountability (when you write it down, it’s real).

    2. Must exercise at least 3 days per week (4 days per week is ideal) and track via online training with 1 day of recommended cardio.

    3. Must follow the “5-habits” style of eating a minimum 6 days per week.

    4. Must take before progress pictures & measurements as instructed and load them into the online training app to compare results (for your eyes only – will not be shared without your expressed permission).

    5. If you fall off the bandwagon, and have a bad day of eating it still needs to be logged. Enter it and move on, start “tomorrow” fresh.


    To workout 3x per week with a competent trainer could cost you over $800 per month! Which can be dependent on the trainer having the availability you’re looking for or if you live close enough to the gym to train with him or her.
