Shipping Terms
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within one day to let you
know your order is on the way! Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm through Sunday, or holidays.
STORE PICKUP
758 O’Connor Drive, East York, ON. M4B 2S2
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am to 8pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for
Pickup.
Clients who purchase products before their training sessions can collect their items at any time during their scheduled session upon presenting their purchase order confirmation.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days (in the GTA) using Canada
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $14.00 applies to orders shipping within Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
DAMAGES
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at info@darrylrosefitness.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
MISSING OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@darrylrosefitness.com
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
