I've been training women for almost 15 years, and I'm finishing up a brand-new online course. It's designed specifically for women through all stages of menopause. 

 

In it, I'll cover topics like the best foods to eat to support your body, how to reduce inflammation and manage symptoms, the importance of protein and how to calculate your intake, simple, effective workouts to keep you strong and energized, and much more!

 

HOWEVER, I need your help. Before I wrap everything up, I need to make sure that I cover everything so it's tailored to your needs.
