Darryl has attended 3 levels of the Poliquin International Certification Program, which qualifies him as a State/Provincial coach. Through the Poliquin Group Darryl has learned how to rehabilitate athletes from career ending injuries.
Having knee and hip pain sucks and can make structural balance issues worse if left untreated. This may include torn muscles and ligaments, back pain, neck pain as well as shoulder pain to name a few.
Join me in this workshop and learn how to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the shoulder girdle to reduce or eliminate pain.
In This Workshop You Will Learn:
- The best, under-used lower body exercise
- How to use the “Green Band of Awesomeness” for hips
- Tempo (speed at which you perform the exercise) and why you need it
- Several hamstring variations and its importance
- How to train your glutes the correct way

Workshop Goals
This workshop is designed to teach you how to identify the type of hip and/or knee pain and to chose the best mobility exercises.
You will have a better understanding of the concepts of structural balance and how to perform such exercises as split squats and leg curls with proper form and execution.
This workshop is great for novice to advanced exercisers wants to learn how to minimize and reduce knee and/or hip pain through mobility and key exercises.
Even if you have a hip or knee replacement it is necessary to learn how to keep the muscles strong surround your joints and completely okay to attend.
