Looking for a structured training program to follow at your gym? Look no further! We have great options available.  Each program is meant to be completed in 12 weeks, with training consistently at least 3 times per week for optimal efficiency.  Every program includes: • How To Read Your Training • Program Guide • Program Specific Overview • Training Matrix • Training Sessions with Exercise, • Sets, Reps, Tempo & Rest Please note that the following programs are designed for an equipped gym.
